How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I make changes or cancel my online order?
Please contact us immediately via e-mail to cancel. Once the order has been sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start processing within one day after they have been placed. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.
Can I change the style, color or size after an order is placed?
Please contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you contact us within the first 2 hours of placing your order it may be possible to make changes. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Clearance or sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
How long is processing?
Most orders take 1-3 business days for processing. Some orders process faster than others. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time starts after processing. (Please see Billing, Shipping & Returns for more information)
When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped 1-3 business days after they are placed. We use USPS priority for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 2-3 business days unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3 - 7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico and other countries outside U.S. usually take about 2 weeks to arrive.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an E-mail Confirmation along with a tracking number to track the status of your order.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required to charge sales tax in the state of Georgia because it is the home location where our garments are produced and shipped.
What shipping options are available in the continental USA?
All orders in the continental USA ship via USPS priority unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout for an additional fee.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping within the continental USA starts at $7.95 per order. Price goes up depending on the weight of the package. Express shipping options are available only in the continental USA Next Day for $30 per order. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST. Express shipping ships after processing. Ship time DOES NOT include processing time. Some processing times may be expedited in the event of overnight shipping. When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after orders are finished processing (except Pre-Order items).
That means if you place your order by 1pm on a Tuesday and select overnight shipping, your order will be delivered on Wednesday (provided that neither day is a holiday) -- BUT, if you place your order by 1pm on a Friday and select overnight shipping, your order won't be delivered until Monday (again, holidays notwithstanding).
**Note: If you place your order by 1pm Eastern Time, selecting "overnight" shipping your order will be delivered to you the next business day.
Exchange & Returns, Refunds
Want to return an item? No problem! Our return notification policy lasts 15 days (from the date of delivery). If 15 days have passed and we have not been notified of any issues, a refund will not be awarded.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned, unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in its original packaging with tags and returned within 15 days of your original delivery.
To complete your refund, we require a notification e-mail along with receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return Items without emailing us first at [Xodohtronu@yahoo.com]. You will receive detailed instructions about your return.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, without its original packaging and tags, or is not returned within 15 days after original delivery date will NOT be refunded. Any returned item which does not fit the above criteria shall be returned to its owner with no refund. We DO NOT cover shipping cost of returns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our exchange policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase and we have not been notified of any issues and have not received your returned garment, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We will gladly exchange your product if the garment is UNWORN AND UNUSED. Any garment sent back which shows signs of wear and tear will be returned and the owner will be notified of our decision. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email with details of the problem to email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Please allow 20 business days to receive an exchange.
If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
